Adrian is Managing Director of Focus Business Communications (FBC) – a Southampton based digital audio/video communication agency and studio that he established in 2004 to take advantage of the emergence of Web 2.0 tools and technologies.
He has been in marketing for over 30 years – the last 12 years on the agency side. Prior to moving into agency services Adrian was a Board Director and Head of Corporate Communications and Internet Services for the European Operations of a US Fortune 500 technology company.
From 2005 FBC has been helping a wide range of commercial and public sector clients use social media especially focused on community development and engagement.
Since 2010 Adrian has been part of a 3 year pan-EU research project –www.foodrisc.org. He has been researching the role of social media in crisis management within the food industry.
